Job summary

A luxury hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to oversee kitchen operations at One&Only The Palm. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in upscale luxury hotels, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English. Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
  • Highly qualified chef de partie with culinary expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen section assigned and ensure safe, efficient culinary operations.
  • Maintain highest hygiene and sanitation standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor food usage, inventory ingredients and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments and communicate effectively with kitchen team.
  • Train, coach and develop junior staff.
  • Support outlet in achieving targeted food costs by following standard recipes, minimizing waste, ensuring correct portioning.
  • Lead by example, motivate the team, enforce established service and production standards.

Summary: L’abysse Dubai at One&Only The Palm unites the artistry of Chef Yannick Alléno and Sushi Master Yasunari Okazaki in an intimate, design‑led setting that embodies quiet sophistication, French precision and Japanese purity.

Responsibilities
