About the Company

Our client is a leading asset manager with a strong track record in the digital asset space. Among their suite of offerings is a high-performing crypto venture fund that backs early-stage projects across DeFi, infrastructure, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. The fund has delivered outsized returns by identifying and supporting founders building foundational blockchain technologies. With growing investor interest and momentum, the firm is now expanding its capital base and seeking a seasoned Capital Raising Business Development Manager to drive new inflows.

About the Role

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for raising capital from HNW individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and venture allocators. You'll be the bridge between the firm's venture strategy and the capital markets—articulating the fund’s vision, performance, and unique edge to prospective LPs. This is a non-retail, relationship-driven sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise capital from HNW, family office, and institutional investors for the firm's crypto venture fund
  • Leverage your network to build and manage a pipeline of qualified LPs
  • Deliver compelling presentations and investment materials that convey the fund's thesis and track record
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine fundraising strategy, messaging, and market positioning
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated success in capital raising for venture, PE, crypto funds, or alternative assets
  • A deep, well-maintained network of HNW and institutional contacts
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills—you’re persuasive, credible, and relationship-oriented
  • Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 as an asset class
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and close sophisticated deals
