Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our international client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in securing clients from diverse regions, a deep understanding of free zone benefits, and a proven track record in successfully onboarding multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target international clients seeking to establish operations in the UAE free zones. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand international business trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Onboarding Multinational Clients: Facilitate the onboarding process for multinational clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup in the free zones. Coordinate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of free zone offerings and how they align with client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns aimed at attracting international clients. Collaborate with free zone authorities and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, client acquisition metrics, and overall performance. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on international client acquisition and onboarding. Experience in free zone services or corporate services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE free zone ecosystem, including regulations, benefits, and processes. Familiarity with multinational business operations and market entry strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. A masters degree or additional certifications in business development is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
