Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years post‑graduate experience in Building projects.
• Experience in Planning & Scheduling and Extension of Time Claims.
• Extensive experience with design processes and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve the Contractors’ Baseline schedule.
• Develop a Master Schedule integrating multiple packages.
• Conduct 'What if' analysis to assess the time impact of changes.
