Role Summary

As Special Projects Associate you will take ownership of multiple large-scale UAE projects managing them end-to-end in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders bring clarity through structured reporting and help translate analysis into action. This is a generalist role covering all logistics functions with a strong focus on project management stakeholder engagement and analytical problem-solving.

Whats On Your Plate
  • Manage major UAE projects in a structured project management capacity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reports for leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks and blockers
  • Conduct analysis using Spreadsheets to support decision-making
  • Ensure consistent reporting and documentation for all initiatives
  • Support the team in ad‑hoc problem‑solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Represent Logistics in discussions with other functions presenting data and insights succinctly
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (STEM or Economics background is a plus but not required)
  • 35 years of experience in project management operations or a fast‑paced environment (e.g. tech start‑up scale‑up)
  • Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Spreadsheet
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills able to simplify complex topics for non‑technical audiences
  • Highly structured detail‑oriented and organized approach to work
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and fast‑changing environments
