Overview

ROLE SUMMARY
The Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide fresh graduates with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in key Finance functions.

The Senior Associate Finance will assist senior team members in evaluating financial performance, preparing financial models, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, and support the achievement of its financial objectives.

The program aims to develop future-ready professionals in the Finance field. Ultimately, it prepares graduates to contribute to the organization's people strategy and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing pricing metrics and new market.
  • Help identify and recommend improvements to the investment appraisal and capital allocation methodologies, policies, and procedures.
  • Aid in developing and implementing investment planning models across all OpCos/ BUs.
  • Support efficiency-enhancing initiatives
  • Conduct asset performance and competitive analysis while staying updated on global and industry-specific trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounts or equivalent from an accredit university.
  • Strong academic performance or prior internship/work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work collaboratively.
  • 0-2 years preferred professional experience in relevant discipline.
