The Senior Associate – Ad Solutions is responsible for ensuring seamless post-sales execution and internal coordination for advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and execution quality throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution Support
- Review confirmed campaign briefs and contracts to ensure all details are accurately captured and logged.
- Validate booked deliverables against sales inputs to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and technology teams to ensure timely submission of required creatives and assets.
- Track campaign timelines, proactively flag delays, and follow up with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform quality checks (QC) to ensure correct execution across onsite placements, social channels, and CRM campaigns.
Internal Communication & Coordination
- Share campaign launch confirmations with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Enable smooth coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and execution teams.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records with accurate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables.
Process Optimization & Documentation
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to templates and processes that streamline campaign execution.
- Maintain well-organized documentation and records for all campaigns to support auditability and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-Time Campaign Delivery: Percentage of campaigns delivered on time and in full.
- Error-Free Execution: Percentage of campaigns executed without errors or rework.
- CRM Accuracy: Percentage of campaigns accurately logged within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Pre-Launch Issue Resolution: Percentage of issues identified and resolved before campaign launch.
