The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience, proficiency in design tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, and a strong understanding of construction detailing. This role includes managing timelines and ensuring compliance with local regulations, offering a collaborative environment and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in architectural engineering with high-rise, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and BIM coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials and specification writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and civil disciplines to integrate all systems into the architectural design.
• Ensure designs meet local building codes, fire safety standards, accessibility and zoning regulations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and resources across multiple projects; guide junior architects.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure construction quality matches design intent.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors.
