- Devote oneself exclusively to the performance of duty during working hours and, if required, beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.
- Maintain constant communication with Leadership and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables and status.
- Flag risks of delays, cost overruns and quality issues or any other to Leadership and immediate reporting authority the moment they are known.
- While on vacation or weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables that affect client business needs. Set up a proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RAs have constant updates on the tasks for effective tracking.
- Be accountable for own work and that of subordinates.
- Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Perform under pressure and tight targets.
- Follow all QA/QC checks for all work procedures under the scope.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
SR. Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. Experience with residential and hospitality interiors is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent, thoughtful and considered design.
- Good understanding of the construction process working with Design team.
- Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally with excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide alternative solutions to match site requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare GFC drawing log for each project.
- Prepare RFP logs (subcontractor) and RFP update trackers.
- Generate look‑ahead from the engineering program.
- Coordinate with structural, PT, Façade, Landscaping, MEP, waterproof & ID and other sub‑contractors.
- Monitor GFC logs with DC.
- Prepare RFIs and follow up with Design team to obtain a reply.
- Respond to site RFIs and forward to design team if required.
- Conduct site coordination with main contractor and subcontractor.
- Lead and manage a draughtsman team.
- Follow up with the draughtsman team to prepare shop drawings and review them, ensuring timely delivery.
- Review shop drawings with all disciplines and forward to DC for upload in INAXUS for final approval.
- Approve shop drawings through INAXUS.
- Review and approve shop drawings for other engineers in the team.
- Update the draughtsman on bulk material and typical details for projects.
- Work closely with the Technical Manager.
- Maintain great organizational skills, grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead programme workflow, managing and supporting the team’s growth.
- Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external teams.
- Review the preparation of material prepared by the material engineer and overall concept direction and vision for the project in accordance with Brand Standards/Guidelines; assist in reviewing, commenting, and finalising physical samples at every stage.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines as required per each stage. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
