Job Description

We seek an outcomes-oriented, collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us capitalize on this market opportunity and meet revenue targets. MuleSoft is Salesforce’s fastest-growing business unit, and the Middle East is one of its fastest-growing markets globally. You will be part of the initial team in Salesforce's new Riyadh office, contributing to our success in this dynamic region. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and fluency in Arabic are advantageous but not required, nor is prior API Management and Integration experience.

This role goes beyond standard software sales. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for the go-to-market strategy in your territory and leading the sales cycle. Our goal is to transform how customers build software and conduct business. You will sell strategic outcomes through long-term, high-growth engagements.

In this role, you will be challenged to grow personally and professionally. Most leaders in our organization advance internally, and you will be supported by some of the smartest colleagues who will push you to excel.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Recent, relevant experience leading complex, high-value sales to IT and business leaders
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota in software sales roles
  • Experience closing large deals of $200K or more
  • Excitement for hunting new territory and building a business from scratch
  • A focus on customer success through a consultative, outcome-based sales approach
  • Honest and direct communication, prioritizing others’ best interests
  • Strong collaboration skills and a company-first mindset—"be a good human" is a core value, supporting team success over ego
