The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. The main responsibility will be to lead and support SAP S4H implementation, global roll‑outs, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing and maintenance processes, SAP best practices, and proven experience in managing cross‑functional projects.

What You Will Be Doing

Project Management:

• Manage SAP-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, conduct status meetings, and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance.

SAP Functional Expertise:

• Lead SAP PP and PM module implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP PP/PM modules to meet business needs, including master data setup, work centers, routings, maintenance plans, and order processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate PP/PM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, etc.).
• Provide end‑user training and documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Support:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within PP/PM.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PP/PM issues.
• Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend relevant upgrades or enhancements.

What We Are Looking For

Some of the key competencies required for the role include:

• Experience in discrete and process manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to PP/PM.
• Knowledge of integration with IoT or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Total at least 15 years of experience covering:
• SAP S4H PP and PM modules
• At least 3+ years of experience as a SAP Project Manager (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and maintenance business processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
