Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SAP S/4HANA data migration workstream
• Review and stabilise existing migration approach, mappings, and transformation rules
• Lead and coordinate remaining mock migration cycles and final cutover activities
• Work closely with internal teams, business data owners, and the implementation partner
• Ensure completeness and quality of:
  • Data mappings
  • Transformation logic
  • Load templates and sequencing
  • Reconciliation and validation processes
• Manage migration tooling (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LTMC, or equivalent)
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive resolution
• Establish and run data migration governance (status reporting, issue tracking, escalation)
• Support cutover planning and execution
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are complete and audit-ready

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on data migration
• Proven delivery of at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or major conversion)
• Deep understanding of SAP master and transactional data objects, including:
  • Business Partner (Customer/Vendor)
  • Material Master
  • GL balances
  • Open AR/AP items
  • Inventory
  • Open POs/SOs
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (preferred)
  • SAP BODS / LTMC / LSMW (as applicable)
• Experience running multiple mock loads and final cutover migrations
• Ability to work confidently with business stakeholders and senior programme leadership
• Strong problem-solving, structured, and documentation skills
• Prior experience working in the Middle East / UAE
• Experience working alongside global system integrators
• Understanding of SAP data governance / MDG concepts

Nice to Have

• Automotive, industrial, or complex enterprise landscape experience

Important Candidates must have personally led and executed SAP S/4HANA data migration activities. This role is not suitable for general SAP functional consultants with limited migration exposure.
