Job description

Beutics is a beauty service company based in Dubai. We provide the highest quality spa and salon services at the comfort of our clients' homes. We are seeking a senior and experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience to manage and grow our business.

The Role: Salon Specialist/ Beautician (Home Service) (Female Only)

1. Remove hair using permanent and temporary methods (e.g. electrolysis and waxing).
2. Apply hair products, like serum, cream, and clay to style hair.
3. Give manicures and pedicures following clients' preferences.
4. Recommend hairstyles and nail colors to match clients' needs and personal style.
5. Apply makeup products.
6. Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin.
7. Perform services at our clients’ homes.
8. Cross-sell therapies and beauty products when relevant.
9. Provide professional treatments and services for clients, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, and massages.
10. Consistently strive to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by providing quality service.
11. Ensure the health and safety of clients and employees are paramount at all times.
12. Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
13. Ready to provide service for both males and females.
14. Ready to work a total of 12 hours, from 1 PM till 1 AM (flexible work schedule).
15. Have very good English language proficiency.

5. Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar position.
6. Hands-on experience with makeup and hair removal techniques.
7. Familiarity with skin care therapies, like moisturizing, exfoliation, and peeling.
8. Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
9. Ability to provide personalized services based on each client’s requirements.
10. Diploma or certification in Salon Services.
