Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Contract: 12 months
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Role Purpose

The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for the management, enhancement, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform to ensure it is fully aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering change initiatives that enhance user experience and productivity through agile delivery methods.

This role provides functional and technical leadership across Salesforce, supports and guides the Salesforce team, acts as the platform champion, and plays a key role in training and enabling users across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes, services, and information needs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve user experience and reduce cost and time impacts.
  • Provide expert support in managing system and process change initiatives.
Solution Design & Delivery
  • Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and system design documentation.
  • Create and manage test scenarios to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.
  • Facilitate testing and user acceptance of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver platform improvements.
Platform Management & Reporting
  • Oversee the ongoing development and administration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are maintained across the platform.
Training & Enablement
  • Deliver effective training sessions, user guides, and documentation.
  • Identify, develop, and support super users across the organisation.
  • Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert and advocate across the business.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Technical & Professional Experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201 or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in project management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Extensive experience in data modelling, process mapping, and specification documentation.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining system processes and procedures.
  • Experience building business cases for technology-driven solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development capabilities within Salesforce.
