Job Opportunity: Business Analyst (Salesforce) - 3-Month Contract - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to join our dynamic team for a 3-month contract based in Dubai. If you are an organized and proactive professional with excellent analytical and project coordination skills, and you can join immediately, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create and manage technical and project documentation, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage risks, and maintain plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in team and stakeholder meetings, recording minutes and following up on important actions.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a similar role.
• Experience in business analysis and project coordination from conception to delivery.
• Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and other Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior knowledge of Salesforce is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
