Job summary

A leading inspection services provider in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage market research and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities also include managing key accounts and participating in exhibitions. A GCC driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience with Degree or 8 years with Diploma.
  • Work experience with TIC in GCC countries only.
  • GCC driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Generate business through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Support tender preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Achieve targeted conversion rates and client interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to secure orders and support until invoice collection.
  • Manage key accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with sales team to achieve better results.

Job description
Client Overview:

Our client, a leading provider of technical and industrial inspection services in the GCC, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their Technical Services Division within GCC Industrial Inspection Services (GCC IIS).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage frequent market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and report the status of the pricing developments, new projects, competitor news.
  • Approaches the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through but not limited to cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Approaches the potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors… ETC)
  • Manage and support in tender preparation and submission, negotiates, and closes deals.
  • Meet the targeted Conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/ client interactions and generated revenue.
  • Secure the order by proper follow-up with the client and remain supportive of the work order until invoice collection.
  • Work closely with the operation team, invoicing and collection team ensuring there are no bad debts and supports the execution of their orders.
  • Manages key accounts by cross selling and upselling all available services.
  • Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborates with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
Qualification:

Degree OR Diploma in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant qualification.

Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience with Degree OR 8 years’ experience with a Diploma.
