Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for product listing and sales to pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales and a strong knowledge of consumer products. Fluency in English is essential, and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory. This role offers opportunities to develop new clients and meet sales targets while managing collections effectively.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Valid UAE Driving License with Car is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product listing, detailing, Marketing & Sales of Pharma product portfolio.
  • Visit assigned Pharmacies as per Daily Visit Plan.
  • Collect all payments on time as per company policy.

Skills

Job Description

The job holder is responsible for product listing, detailing, Marketing & Sales of Pharma product portfolio to meet or exceed the annual sales goals in the following channels / customers : Pharmacies , Hospitals and Wholesalers. The incumbent follows his daily journey plan for order taking and timely collection from customers.

Pharmacies & Wholesalers
  • Visit assigned Pharmacies as per Daily Visit Plan
  • Book all shortages required for Pharmacies and introduce new items.
  • Monitor competitors activities and give feedbacks to the Management
  • Plan, Execute and Implement the Customer Visit Plan to cover all customers per month.
  • Develop new Customers and be ‘the early bird’ to add New Customers.
  • Meet Target and Distribution goals fixed for Areas.
  • Listing new products.
Collection
  • Collect all payments on time as per the policy of the Company and clear all Outstanding’s from the Customers
Skills & Professional Requirements
  • Location and Route of Outlets
  • Knowledge about Credit Worthiness of the Customer
  • Knowledge of consumer products, industry trends and key competitors in designated geography
  • Knowledge of General Trade Practices
  • Language skills – Should be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is desirable
  • Valid UAE Driving License with Car is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, esp. Word, Power Point and Excel
Qualifications

University degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
