A leading sales and marketing firm in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day sales activities and support marketing initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales managers, preparing reports, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales & Marketing coordination role.
  • Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus.

  • Coordinate with Regional and Area Sales Managers to support day-to-day sales operations.
  • Update and maintain enquiry logs and sales registers.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and digital campaigns.
  • Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.

About the job Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview: Experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing

Coordinator with over 5 years of hands‑on experience to support our growing operations across the UAE and wider region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between departments for smooth execution.

This position requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and bring creative energy into both sales and marketing functions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating closely with Regional and Area Sales Managers, Estimation teams, and external marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Regional and Area Sales Managers to support day‑to‑day sales operations.
  • Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the Estimation team to ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintain updated enquiry logs and sales registers.
  • Track rental utilisation and prepare relevant forecasts.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance reports, forecasts, and summaries for management.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and the execution of digital and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners for campaign implementation.
  • Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.

Key Qualities & Skills:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing coordination role (construction or industrial sector experience is a plus).
  • Confident, self‑driven, and highly organised.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of technical writing, SEO, or SMO is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
