Job summary

A real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in the Secondary Market. You will lead a team of property consultants, drive property transactions in resale and leasing, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of real estate sales experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property sector. A Bachelor's degree and RERA Certification are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in secondary market sales and leasing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in resale transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate secondary market and pricing trends.
  • RERA Certification (mandatory for Dubai-based roles).

The successful candidate will lead our sales consultants, drive property transactions in the resale and leasing market, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent leadership, deep knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property sector, and strong negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of property consultants focused on secondary (ready) property sales and leasing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the secondary market.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks to stay ahead of the market.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales consultants on negotiation, client management, and closing deals.
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and complies with RERA and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through campaigns and media exposure.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
