Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading auto spare parts manufacturer in the Middle East. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales distribution and marketing strategies to expand market share in the aftermarket parts sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales marketing and distribution with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • 10 years in automotive parts sales with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and branding.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
