About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established oil and gas company operating across the Middle East with a strong presence in upstream and downstream operations. The company specializes in providing technical solutions equipment and services to national and international oil companies supporting complex energy projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for tubular products (casing tubing drill pipe) downhole equipment (bits packers completion tools) and electrical systems (ESP cables sensors control panels).
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical and commercial bid process.
  • Interpret complex RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and ensure full compliance with API standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior engineering stakeholders within operator and Tier-1 contractor organizations.
  • Finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and long-term supply contracts with focus on liability terms delivery timelines and pricing escalation clauses.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts based on active regional project pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business
  • 810 years of sales leadership experience in the Oil & Gas sector across GCC and Iraq working with NOCs and IOCs
  • Strong commercial knowledge of OCTG pipelines and downhole equipment; proficient in CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid UAE driving license with readiness for travel across the GCC region
