Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, including managerial experience. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing individual performances, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Fluent English and Arabic are required, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. This role offers the opportunity to impact the growth of a dynamic company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures.
  • RERA certification (mandatory or preferred, depending on company policy).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (other languages is an advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
  • Monitor individual agent performance and provide regular coaching and training.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key clients.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures
  • Valid UAE Driving License and Own Car
  • RERA certification (mandatory or preferred, depending on company policy)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (other languages is an advantage)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
  • Monitor individual agent performance and provide regular coaching and training
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents
  • Manage and expand company listings (primary and secondary markets)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key clients
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
  • Oversee negotiations and support agents in closing high-value deals
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and branding
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure proper documentation of transactions
