Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader – Healthcare & Life Sciences with strong experience in the Dubai / UAE healthcare and life sciences market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise sales growth, identify new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and expand market presence across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations.

This role requires deep knowledge of regional healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and technology-driven healthcare solutions, along with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the LSHC sector.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationshipswith CXOs, hospital leadership, and senior decision-makers.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including solution positioning, RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design compliant, scalable healthcare and life sciences solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records(e.g., Salesforce), including pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
  • Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to leadership.
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Stay current on clinical data, industry trends, competitor activities, and patient needs through research, networking, and industry events.
Technical & Domain Expertise (Dubai / UAE Focus)
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare ecosystem, including public and private healthcare providers.
  • Proven experience selling Healthcare IT, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Enterprise IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, hospital information systems, and interoperability frameworks.
  • Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to Life Sciences domains such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, clinical data, and commercial operations is a strong advantage.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 15–20 years of sales leadership experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, preferably in Dubai or the UAE/GCC market.
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise IT services, digital solutions, or consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage large, complex deals and long sales cycles.
