About Our Client

Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Traditional Trade and HORECA channels.
- Drive revenue growth and market share through structured sales planning, coverage expansion, and execution excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including Area Sales Managers, Supervisors, and Field Force.
- Oversee the full sales P&L, pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotional planning for both channels.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, wholesalers and HORECA accounts
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively identify opportunities or threats.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing Traditional Trade
- Proven success in managing large sales teams and direct sales networks across the UAE/GCC.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in trade terms, pricing, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in the UAE
