Overview
V-Tech Group is a UK-headquartered leader in premium automotive solutions and equipment distribution. Our Dubai operation is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a confident, results-driven Sales Lead Progression Executive to take ownership of sales pipeline development, progression, and conversion. This role is central to driving revenue growth by ensuring every lead is effectively nurtured through to closure.
Responsibilities
- Progress and convert inbound and outbound leads through the full sales cycle.
- Manage, track, and optimise opportunities via the CRM system to ensure accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Support the internal sales team with best practices for lead management and deal progression.
- Identify new opportunities to maximise sales performance and revenue growth.
- Report regularly to management on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales and operations to improve processes and customer experience.
- Contribute to training and development of junior sales team members.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a lead progression, sales executive, or inside sales role.
- Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Organised, analytical, and proactive in approach.
- Experience in automotive or technical sales is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call-centre or high-volume sales environment beneficial.
