ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Join our Coty Emirates team as a Sales Graduate Trainee and drive sales performance while supporting our dedicated team of Beauty Advisors (our retail staff). This position offers a unique chance to work closely with leading beauty brands enhancing your leadership skills and building hands‑on expertise in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sellout performance MTD and YTD per store and SKU. Consolidate daily sales from retail staff and track progress toward individual targets.
• Field Supervision: Ensure that BAs adhere to company standards regarding scheduling discipline, attitude and grooming through regular field checks.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with shop floor teams to gather data and insights that enhance performance.
• Scheduling & App Utilization: Oversee BA scheduling and leverage the BA app to track individual performance metrics.
• Competitive Analysis: Compile reports on competitor activities including BA presence visuals and in‑store best practices.
• Brand Image & Compliance: Ensure brand presentation aligns with company standards across stores.
• Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on any maintenance requirements for each store location.

Candidate Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in the beauty industry and retail operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
