Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling and onboarding new Victor members to understand their private jet charter needs
- Building strong, trusted relationships with typically time short clients through outstanding service
- Following up on outstanding quotes and identifying opportunities to convert
- Proactively contacting inactive clients to reignite interest
- Generating new leads through smart prospecting, research, and outreach
- Managing quotes, bookings, and customer journeys with precision and care
- Collaborating closely with our global operations team to ensure a seamless experience for every flight
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records via Salesforce
What We're Looking For
- Some experience in sales and customer service (aviation, luxury, real estate, hospitality, or tech preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills - you're confident on the phone, persuasive, and articulate
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude - you take accountability, show initiative, and follow through
- A genuine interest in private aviation and luxury travel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- A growth mindset and extensive examples of self-growth
- Arabic language skills a plus, but not essential
