Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all sales activities in line with the department’s business objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, solicit, and secure transient, group, and meeting business in accordance with the hotel’s sales strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to established selling strategies and optimize every opportunity for up‑selling and revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property’s unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and operational policies to effectively promote the hotel.
  • Prepare corporate and government proposal letters, annual contracts, and other related business correspondences with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing on negotiation progress, confirmed business, and potential leads.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and professional execution of all assigned duties in accordance with hotel policies and service standards.
  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date account database and client contact records.
