Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles. Location: Dubai, UAE. Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Commercial Vehicle division (LMM). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and positioning our commercial vehicle solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closures.
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maintaining customer trust.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience (commercial vehicles or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales tools.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Experience
- Sales experience in the commercial vehicle sector: 2 years (Required).
License/Certification
- UAE driving license (Required).

- Mandatory experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales (trucks, buses, vans, or heavy vehicles).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, especially in B2B / fleet sales.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer segments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.
