Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day‑to‑day account management across assigned territories.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, body shops, garages, fleets, and retailers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
  • Promote and sell automotive body shop & paints in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors’ pricing trends and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing, coordinate with supply chain, and follow‑up on deliveries.
  • Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Qualifications (Role)
  • Experience in sales within automotive body shop & paints or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of body shop workshop operations and consumables usage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
