Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day‑to‑day account management across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, body shops, garages, fleets, and retailers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
- Promote and sell automotive body shop & paints in line with company strategy.
- Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors’ pricing trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, coordinate with supply chain, and follow‑up on deliveries.
- Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Qualifications (Role)
- Experience in sales within automotive body shop & paints or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of body shop workshop operations and consumables usage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive body shop & paints segment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
