Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team and drive business growth in the fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the perfume and cosmetics market.

This role is crucial to expanding our client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring sustained revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts through strong and sustained relationship-building efforts.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals, upselling solutions, and expanding client engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support, expert advice, and fragrances solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements to support growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product development teams to align sales initiatives and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Represent Identiscents at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to elevate brand presence and generate new leads.
  • Ensure daily activities are conducted in compliance with company certifications and standards (ISO 9001, Ecovadis), actively supporting their ongoing implementation and maintenance.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the fragrance, or cosmetics sectors.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a sales role with a strong performance record.
  • Prior experience dealing with B2B clients in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
