Job Purpose:
To drive sales and business development for Al Shirawi Vending Solutions by identifying new clients, expanding market reach, and promoting vending machine solutions across various sectors such as corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities for vending solutions across the
UAE.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal
closure.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations to promote ASVS offerings.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable vending machine solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements within company guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent service satisfaction.
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new
clients.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and targets using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business
strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and branding in all client communications.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in B2B sales (vending, FMCG, OOH advertising,
facilities management, or related industries preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of UAE market and business culture
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

- Number of new client acquisitions per quarter
- Sales revenue generated against targets
- Conversion rate of leads to signed contracts
- Client satisfaction and retention levels
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
