Job summary

A leading automobile company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to handle parts sales, manage customer inquiries, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree with experience in the automobile industry, strong computer skills, and be highly customer-oriented. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining stock levels to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years sales experience in the automobile industry.
  • Highly customer-oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Handle parts sales to workshop and counter customers.
  • Maintain a prospecting system to achieve sales targets.
  • Raise invoices and obtain credit authorization.
  • Advise management of lost sales and non-availability of parts.
  • Control freight costs and minimize emergency orders.

Job Purpose

To handle parts sales to workshop, counter sales and manage warehouse efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handles Parts sales to workshop & counter customers.
  • Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal.
  • Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability for management to take appropriate action.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Handle return spare parts as per policy.
  • Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level.
  • Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
  • Control freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability.
  • Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.
  • Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance
  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.
  • Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers in case of non-availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment.
  • Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of Arabic would be added advantage
