Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer – Wellhead Control Panels & Chemical Injection Skids to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will focus on driving business growth across the Middle East, with a strong emphasis on Saudi Arabia and Kuwait markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, end-users, and major oil & gas operators.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities for WHCPs and CI Skids.
  • Deliver clear technical presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with proposals and engineering teams to develop commercial offers and resolve technical queries.
  • Lead client meetings, pre-bid discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to shape business strategy.
  • Represent Avanceon at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Ensure awarded projects meet targets with clean orders, strong terms, and healthy margins.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
  • 4+ years of sales/business development experience in the oil & gas equipment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) and Chemical Injection Skids (CI Skids).
  • Proven sales experience and client connections in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (Aramco, ADNOC, PDO, QE/QG, Shell, Total, etc.).
  • Strong familiarity with tendering processes, procurement cycles, and EPC workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal software, and MS Office.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
