Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
  • Monitor market trends and help shape strategy across off-plan and secondary property sales
  • Collaborate with marketing, developers, and listing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline
  • Implement performance-driven processes to improve lead conversion and client satisfaction
  • Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients and investment buyers
  • Recruit and onboard new agents as the team expands
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in both off-plan and secondary sales in the UAE market
  • Deep understanding of buyer behavior, developer relations, and RERA compliance
  • Proven track record of team performance and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead from the front and close high-value deals personally when needed
