  • Performance Optimization: Monitor results through clear KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and embed best practices in the sales process.

What makes you stand out

  • 12–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving double-digit growth and expanding market share in highly competitive categories.
  • Proven ability to design and implement long-term commercial strategies across multiple markets.
  • Experience leading large, diverse sales teams — developing future leaders and building high-performance cultures.
  • Strong track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&L and delivering sustainable profitability.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE/GCC FMCG landscape with established relationships at a senior level.
  • Influential communicator and negotiator, capable of building strategic partnerships with top customers, distributors, and business stakeholders.
  • Visionary leadership style that balances strategic foresight with operational excellence.
