Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
  • Research target accounts and understand pain points.
  • Discovery & Qualification
  • Run structured discovery calls to qualify prospects.
  • Understand customer challenges and align product fit.
  • Pipeline Collaboration
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing to convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.
  • Brand Advocacy
  • Represent the product with energy, clarity and professionalism.
  • Attend events, demos and product workshops when required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in SDR, inside sales or lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and commercial drive.
  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience selling into HR, PeopleOps or Tech teams.
