Job Summary :

  • The Sales Coordinator's primary responsibility is to sell the company's products and services.
  • The candidate should meet sales objectives, handle all administrative aspects of sales including lead generation (cold calling, introductions), conduct meetings, and follow up until order confirmation.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans individually and as a team for effective lead and prospect searching.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Maintain high-level direct contact with clients.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the sales team effectively.
  • Develop new markets as needed.
  • Set objectives, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, stay informed about new products and competitors.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, aiming to maximize profit margins.
  • Assist the sales team in meetings and closing sales.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Keep updated on the market and company products.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Update weekly reports on existing clients, prospects, and funnel accounts.
  • Demonstrate commitment and follow-through on tasks.
  • Perform any other work-related tasks as instructed by the Head of Department.
