Job Summary :
- The Sales Coordinator's primary responsibility is to sell the company's products and services.
- The candidate should meet sales objectives, handle all administrative aspects of sales including lead generation (cold calling, introductions), conduct meetings, and follow up until order confirmation.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans individually and as a team for effective lead and prospect searching.
- Initiate and coordinate development of strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Maintain high-level direct contact with clients.
- Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the sales team effectively.
- Develop new markets as needed.
- Set objectives, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, stay informed about new products and competitors.
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, aiming to maximize profit margins.
- Assist the sales team in meetings and closing sales.
- Conduct market research.
- Keep updated on the market and company products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Update weekly reports on existing clients, prospects, and funnel accounts.
- Demonstrate commitment and follow-through on tasks.
- Perform any other work-related tasks as instructed by the Head of Department.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
