Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Support the development of business presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in the paper industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with paper products, grades, and applications is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in the paper industry or related sectors.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- AED 5000 per month.
