We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven individual to join our team in Dubai. This unique hybrid role combines front-line sales, client relationship management, and on-camera content creation, making it perfect for a charismatic and versatile professional.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage three primary functions : Sales, Client Coordination, and Content Creation.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Drive Sales : Actively pursue and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and qualified sales leads through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Pitching : Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations (in‑person and virtual) of our services to prospective clients.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's system.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Needs Assessment : Understand client requirements and challenges to propose tailored solutions effectively.
- Retention : Foster strong, long‑lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Content Creation & Social Media Presence
- On‑Camera Presentation : Act as the official face and presenter for the company's social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Creative Concepting : Generate and execute unique, attention‑grabbing video concepts tailored to our target client base.
- Dynamic Delivery : Confidently appear on camera with a high level of energy and excellent speaking skills to instantly engage viewers and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Live Sessions : Host live streams or webinars, interacting directly with the audience to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Required :
- Experience in a sales and client communication.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- High energy and charismatic on‑camera presence with the ability to speak clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
- Demonstrated creative ability to develop original video concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
