Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales and business development, with a strong focus on the UAE market and regional export opportunities.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in target markets, aligning offerings with regional demands.
- Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy formulation.
- Lead high-level negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth order execution and timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with global trade norms, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and export documentation.
- Represent the brand at global exhibitions, industry conferences, and business meetings.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in the lubricants industry and a minimum of 3 years in export or international sales.
- Proven knowledge of the UAE lubricant market and export dynamics in the Middle East, Africa, or Asia.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in international contract negotiations and client relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and regional visits.
Preferred Skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth markets.
- Experience managing cross-border teams or multicultural client bases.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory and sales tracking.
- Capability to develop technical and commercial proposals for automotive and industrial clients.
- Understanding of global lubricant standards and certifications (e.g., API, ACEA, REACH).
