Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented female candidate to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and bankers. The candidate will be responsible for fixing appointments with bankers, building strong relationships with bank.

The role also includes regular collaboration with our head office in UAE, requiring short travel assignments every 1–2 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales activities with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Coordinate with BDM to schedule and manage appointments with bankers.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bankers.
  • Act as a reliable point of coordination between bankers and the BDM.
  • Support in ensuring smooth operations.
  • Share regular updates with BDM and management on sales progress and banker relationships.
  • Participate in periodic travel to UAE for business coordination and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–9 years of experience in sales, client coordination, or relationship management.
  • Only female candidates considered.
  • Based in Mumbai (must be able to work from office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Hindi required, Marathi preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage appointments, build client relationships, and support sales processes.
