We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of proven experience in the solar equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of solar products such as inverters, panels, batteries, and other related components with a strong network within the UAE market. This role will focus on growing our client base, maintaining key relationships, and expanding market share in the solar distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of solar equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) to installers, EPCs, and commercial clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers and partners in the UAE solar market.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to meet client needs.
  • Generate periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales/business development experience in the solar equipment distribution industry (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of solar components and market dynamics in the UAE
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Candidate must be currently based in Dubai
  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
