Job Title: Store Sales Associate (Russian Speaking)

• Assist and guide Russian-speaking customers with expert product knowledge and attentive service.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, trends, and brand heritage.
• Confidently communicate product features, benefits, and styling suggestions.
• Ensure the store is beautifully presented in line with brand standards.
• Support daily visual merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment and displays.

Requirements
