Our client, a multinational company in automotive spare parts and accessories, is looking for a Sales Assistant to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading Business
- Mainly focused on documentation and daily operations, including:
- Automotive Business – Afghanistan
- Products: New cars, genuine parts, engine oil
- Responsibilities:
- Export from Japan to Afghanistan
- Ordering, shipment arrangement, and documentation
- Payment processing
- Communication and negotiation with distributors and suppliers
- Market analysis, demand/supply monitoring, sales reporting, and marketing
- 2nd Channel Parts / Accessory Business
- Responsibilities similar to the Automotive Business (ordering, shipment, documentation, communication, market analysis, etc.)
- Motorcycle Business – OBM and Bike
- Responsibilities similar to the Automotive Business (ordering, shipment, documentation, communication, market analysis, etc.)
- Support for New Project Development
- Example: Truck business development
- Responsibilities: Assist in business planning, coordination, and operational setup
Support for Preparation of New Business
- Distributor / Dealer Investment Project Support
- Support preparation and execution of investment projects with distributors or dealers
- New Business Development in Middle East Region
- Assist in research, planning, and preparation for expansion into Middle East markets
Requirements
- Proficiency in trading operations, including order-to-delivery processes and related documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with business partners
- Fundamental financial skills, particularly in payment processing
- Essential IT skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
