Responsibilities

Your responsibilities in this role will encompass, but won't be confined to, the following:

  • Taking proactive charge of a portfolio of properties.
  • Conducting comprehensive market appraisals and property valuations.
  • Organizing and facilitating property viewings.
  • Skillfully negotiating offers between potential buyers and sellers.
  • Securing instructions and strategically pursuing new business prospects.
  • Collaborating effectively within the team, helping as needed.
  • Crafting positive customer experiences and managing inquiries with the utmost professionalism.

Minimum Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a valid Driving License.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to swiftly grasp and adapt to new CRM systems.
  • Capability to work independently, take initiative, and foster new business growth.
  • Dedication to maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism.
