This role focuses on the final stage of the sales process, requiring strong persuasion skills, confident objection handling, and the ability to drive commitments.
Job Objectives:
The Account Manager (Closer) is responsible for guiding clients through the debt settlement process, offering tailored financial solutions based on their financial situation. This role includes client qualification, explaining program options, handling objections, and finalizing enrollments. By fostering trust, clear communication, and maintaining compliance, the Account Manager plays a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability through successful debt resolution solutions.
Experience with sales processes, CRM tools, and outbound sales communication. Ability to analyze client financial data and prepare tailored program proposals.
Reports to: Sales Team Lead.
Works with: Sales Team, Quality & Compliance, Client Success Team, and Potential Clients
