  • Work with the Sales Admin team for data entry into the CRM software.
  • Ensure compliance with operations processes and adherence to SLAs.
  • Diligently document necessary forms and agreements.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with sales teams on documentation completeness.

We are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Operations team & function, while reporting into the Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Sales Admin team who input data entry and documentation into the CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Execute compliance with operations processes and maintaining adherence to turn-around time requirements.
  • Diligently carry out the documentation process, ensuring all necessary forms, agreements, and buyer details adhere to the required guidelines. (Unit Reservation Form, Sale Purchase Agreement, Client Documentation)
  • Ensuring compliance at the executive level with Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations, maintaining accurate and complete documentation for clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to the defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Diligently follow the departmental policies, procedures, and processes, including SLAs and an Authority Matrix, ensuring strict adherence and implementation.
  • Conducting timely follow up with sales teams to address units that have not made the required down payment or have incomplete documentation and collaborate with the internal team to issue termination notices when necessary.
  • Generate MIS & Sales Operations reports
