Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT managed services, AMC, and resource outsourcing.
- Conduct first-level meetings with department heads and C-level executives to introduce the company and its portfolio.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- Driving License is a must.
- Strong background in sellingIT Managed Services,Annual Maintenance Contracts, andResource Outsourcing.
- Experience with selling products fromHPE,Dell,Cisco,Lenovo, andIBM.
- Experience with sellingIT infrastructure softwareandCybersecurity solutions.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong persuasion and conviction.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
- Solid understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
