JOB RESPONSLITIES OF PROJECT ENGINEER/OPERATIONSMANAGER : Worked in a Steel Structure Fabrication zone in cast steel we are fabricating gates, grills, balconies,staircases, parabolas, fix panels & all steel related fabrications all items. Installations & Maintenance: All kinds of Steel Structure Fabrication, Steel Fabrication and CastSteel installation and production work. Worked in a Rolling shutter, car parking sheds and overhead door we are fabricating and installation. Handling The steel industrial shed from the plan & estimation to complete installation. worked as key person in Betomatic with the authorizations of all accesses like Purchasing, HR &Estimation divisions Production manager of steel structure fabrication zone for fabrication of steel cast gate , staircases ,fences, all kind of steel, steel fabrication related of steel plants & else. Coordinating preventive, corrective maintenance , planning and scheduling major shutdown . Generation of daily inspection , service, maintenance report to submit to general manager. To review the shop drawings given by the design consultant and estimating the quantity. Follow up the steel work at site and supervise the contractors to carry out the work as planned. Controlled manpower, machinery, materials and tools at workshop and all the projects. Coordinate with contractor for projects structural and architectural drawings To coordinate with the civil and electrical department and to solve the issues. To inspect the indented and received material required for the project. Complete knowledge in Steel Structure, Steel Fabrication works. Installation of steel sheds an Industrial sheds, steel Barrier Systems. Fabrication, Installation & maintenance of steel, Steel of Rolling shutters. Monitoring, updating the day to day project activities to project head. Coordinating with QA/ QC department design department for work inspection. Manpower allocation & Prepare the request for information (RFI). Responsible to develop Steel structural and Steel Divisions. Pricing for structural, non-structural steel fabrication jobs. Implement corrective and preventive action, in Progress Plan. Responsible for Engineering and Steel Structural Design. Supervise the mechanical activity in the steel production. Handle a steel team size of maximum 45 members. Handling & follow ups with project supervisors. Reporting progress reports to the Project Manager. Reporting progress reports to the Project Manager. Manpower allocation & material management. Supervision of steel installation activities. Execution of Preventive Maintenance work. Performing gas cutting , welding task.
